Dear Parents,
Before filling the form, we would like you to read carefully the following points:
Mauli Public School Convent Pre-Primary School is a Minority Institution.
1. This form is meant only for those seeking admission to the LKG from June 2019.
2. Only children born between 1st October 2014 and 30th Sept 2015 are eligible for admission.
3. The incomplete forms will be rejected.
4. While filling the name of the ward, please do not use initials, the name should be written in block letters.
5. While filling in, the details regarding the name and surname of Parents or Guardians, Please write in BLOCK letters. Remember these details work as reference after the child is admitted.
6. Please note that the timing for mauli public school is from 11.45 am to 3.00 pm.
7. Forms duly filled in should be submitted to the school on the following days.
★ Application Form for LKG (Year-2019) is closed.
We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within 60 days of receiving payment and all documentation.
8. Both the parents with child must be present on the day of submission.
9. Along with the form The following documents should be brought:
a) The Original Municipal Birth Certificate AND its Xerox copy. (The original will be returned after the verification).
b) Proof of Residence such as Aadhar Card/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill or Water Bill.
c) For Catholics: - The Original Municipal Birth Certificate and its Xerox copy along with the Baptism Certificate and letter of affiliation of the Parish Priest.
d) For Ex-Students / siblings - Xerox copy of School leaving certificate/School report card.
NB: The seats available are limited. Please do not depend on this school only. You should apply in other schools also to avoid inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE
1. This school does not accept donation in connection with Admissions. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who, for their personal gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be deprived, both, of admission of your child as well as your hard earned money.
2. In order to tackle the menace of intermediaries taking advantage of gullible parents, any attempt to bring influence will disqualify candidature. Your bringing to the notice of the Principal any information that will help us keep the admission process free from intermediaries, will be treated with utmost confidence and will not jeopardize your child’s admission.
3. For various reasons the number of applications that we receive are well in excess of the number of children that we can admit. This, therefore, results in disappoint to all who cannot be accommodate while we do understand your concern as a parent, we trust you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. After announce ment of the admission(as all seats would be filled up), it would not help to seek an appointment to put forward your case for special consideration. Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.
